Bentley Motors’ inimitable style and performance have made it one of the premier names in luxury automobiles, and now the brand responsible for the Bentayga, the Flying Spur, and the Continental GT is bringing that same cachet to the Miami beachfront. The just-announced Bentley Residences, the brand’s first luxury new-home tower, is expected to soar over the toney Sunny Isles coast starting in early 2023.

“Bentley Residences will contain more than 200 luxury apartments built for residents who expect the very best in design and quality,” Bentley said in a news release. “The building will stand at 749 feet and over 60 stories high — a prominent figure on Miami’s Sunny Isles Beach coastline and the tallest residential tower on any US beachfront.”

The world’s first Bentley-branded residences are being developed in partnership with Florida-based Dezer Development and architectural firm Sieger Suarez Architects, the same renowned team behind noted Sunny Isles developments the Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa.

“The modern and progressive brand identity of Bentley Residences is at work in both the tower’s interior and exterior spaces, rooted in authenticity, sustainability and innovation,” Adrian Hallmark, chairman and CEO of Bentley Motors, said in a news release. “We’ve partnered with Dezer to create a living experience that expresses the very philosophy of the Bentley brand and stays true to our vision of inspiring extraordinary journeys.”

Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, called the collaboration, “a true gamechanger when it comes to luxury living.”

Bentley Residences will share more than a pedigreed name and team with its storied neighbors. Expansive space, exquisite details, and world-class amenities are all part of the high-end residential tower package on this seaside stretch of Miami Beach, and Bentley Residences is elevating the expectation another notch.

The structure’s cylindrical shape and floor-to-ceiling windows will afford breathtaking vistas of the ocean and bay. Bentley Residences will also feature a patented interior car elevator, much like Porsche Design Tower’s oft-discussed showstopper. “The core of the building will feature the patented car elevator and will be a prominent and luxurious feature for any car enthusiast,” Bentley said in a release. “Each residence will include an in-unit multi-car garage — the ultimate statement in exclusivity and privacy.”

Additional amenities in each residence will include private balconies, a pool, sauna, and outdoor shower. Bentley Residences is also being designed in accordance with Florida Green Building Council (FLGC) certification. Environmentally safe and sustainably sourced building materials and finishes will be featured, with low-energy-output engineering to reduce consumption and limited coastal lighting to protect endangered sea turtles in the local local environment and its wildlife. The tower will also feature a gym, spa, an on-site restaurant and whiskey bar, a cinema, and lush private gardens.

Prices are expected to begin between $4 and $6 million.
