The daughter of renowned architect Chris Abel, Julia's career in real estate seemed like a natural one. She embraced real estate as a way to share the idyllic qualities of her love for design and architecture with others. Julia received a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts), majoring in dance, from San Francisco State University and called the Bay Area her home for over ten years before moving back to Orange County where her roots began.

Julia values a sense of community and enjoys frequenting the local farmer's markets, attending community events and volunteering.  She is passionate about a healthy lifestyle and loves being outdoors, hiking, walking the beach, and biking with her family.
