Born into a family of artists and designers, she's always been surrounded by unique and beautiful architecture and decor. Her career in real estate seemed like a natural one. Julia received a BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts), majoring in dance, from San Francisco State University. After graduation, she made the Bay Area her home for over ten years.

Meet Julia Abel Schwier

Despite her love for Northern California, Julia couldn't resist the pull of her family’s rich history in Orange County. Today Julia lives in Laguna Niguel with her husband Ben and two daughters, Pearl and Dahlia. She is passionate about a healthy lifestyle and loves being outdoors, hiking, beach walking, and biking with her family. She enjoys cooking and often creates sumptuous meals, many featuring favorite heritage recipes passed down through the generations. When she's not showing properties or negotiating for her clients, Julia is usually having dance parties with her girls out in the back yard.
